Not a review for the store as such but the crematorium, I have to say Nikki is just amazing at what she does.
Ive lost 3 of my furbabies over the last 3 years and each time I've used Petwise services.
Nikki is so caring and understanding I real feel its not just because its her job she knows and cares about what people are going through at such sad times.
I had a real bad experience with my vet loosing my boys body a few years back and when I finally got him back I called petwise and they took care of everything.
I would highly recommend Petwise when the time comes to say goodbye.

Great place bought 1 tortoise and a baby bearded dragon, prices I believe are fair and well worth it and animals are so far so good and I absolutely love the vivarium for the bearded dragon and was given all the information I needed to know how, to take care of my pets and only kept waiting 1 day, for my pets which is great compare to other places, keeping you waiting a few days, before letting you take them and the staff members are super helpful and gave me all the information I needed and met my expectations. Great place 💯 recommend.

Adopted this little stinker from them, I had phoned quite a few pet shops in Cardiff, enquiring about where to adopt a Hamster from, and 3! of them recommended here. Then several calls with Petwise, they were fab, advised on the food and made sure my enclosure was here and suitable beforehand.
He is a happy little guy.

I do highly recommend go to pet wise for anything pet related because the stuff are amazing and the service there are amazing and it was that good there I’m going back Tuesday to get another bird and more toys for my birds to play with

We left our baby Parrot with them for a week, and the team took great care of him, we got him back calm and in a great condition.
We will definitely be returning customers.
They also have a massive variety of products, cages, stands etc. Would definitely and greatly recommend.

It was our first time visiting you and certainly not our last. We popped in looking for a new pet for our teenage daughter. We had such a great time looking at everything you have to offer, there is such a huge array of animals, reptiles, birds and fish available. Speaking to various members of staff who were so friendly helpful and welcoming.We were looking at reptiles but didn't really know what we wanted. The staff there are very knowledgable, Taking time to speak to us and answered all the questions we had and gave us details of how to get back in touch if we had any more questions after we had left to go home. We certainly do have a lot to think about before we decide which one will be best for us and will be back in touch very soon.
Howver we did leave that day taking home two little baby mice who we have now named Fudge and Brownie, They are coming along lovely and we are so happy they have become part of our family 😍

Came in to the store to ask about axolotls, Scott (axolotl man) was brilliant and very knowledgeable and could tell he knew and happily gave advise, left the store with a complete set up and two axolotl on hold and a very happy and excited daughter. Scott here is a pic of the tank . What do you think? See you on weekend once we have completed the water check.😀

I really cannot rate Petwise highly enough. Beyond helpful, the store is amazing, the staff are really friendly and super knowledgeable. Buying our first jumping spider and was given so much help and information. A truly awesome experience. Thank you.

Staff were wonderfully helpful with various pet questions from food, health and tips. The shop itself is what I would call a real pet shop, various animals from insects to birds, with staff who knew their stuff. Happy to travel 30 minutes for this type of service for my pets
